I. General Provisions

1. The Online Shop, located on the Internet at the website address,  enables the purchasing goods through the Internet.

2. The Online Shop  is run by:

3. Hereinafter the Online Shop and the Company are appearing under the shortened name "HALNA".

II  Placing and Processing Orders

1. It is possible to submit orders by adding products to the “shopping cart” and  then the clicking the "Order" button.

The order is correct after establishing user account. It will enable observation  the processing of an order 


2. A correct filling out of the contact detail form is an essential condition of the completion of made purchases along with the correct, up-to-date e-mail address and a telephone number, under which it will be possible to confirm placed order.


  1. The customer who submits the offer to buy the product has declared to do so in a form of a contract as defined in the  Art. 66 § 1 of the Civil Code after placing their order in the "HALNA" online shop. The contract is confirmed the moment, when the system of the online shop sends a confirmation email with details of the order -  costs, amounts and prices of all ordered products, total amount incurred by the Customer, conditions of payment and  address for sending the parcel .


  1. The completion of an  order takes place within 3 to 14 working days. In the event that

the product is currently unavailable,  order includes large quantity of products or a custom  product (not listed  in catalogues and  gallery) or other circumstances independent of the company HALNA company that,  in the short term, cause the completion of the order placed impossible, the new completion date will be set for the order over the phone or via e-mail.


5. Orders with incorrectly provided data (invalid e-mail, misspelled  telephone number etc.)will not be executed.


 6. "HALNA" Company holds the right to stop orders raising doubts. Simultaneously immediately it will take action in order to explain them.


7. Prices of goods in the online shop at are given in PLN. The company isn't a payer of the VAT tax, so quoted  prices  are simultaneously gross prices.


8. Company "HALNA" is billing purchased goods.  Customers  should provide : data of  the individual  recipient or the company and  number identification  of  tax ID ( NIP  or corresponding).


9. The company is conducting only  mail-order sale. It is possible personally to take away purchased  products in business premises but after agreeing with the owner of the shop (Halina Żwirska) over the phone or by e-mail  


10. The shop is reserving the right for the change in prices of foods,  inserting  new models, moving and cancelling promotion campaigns on websites of the Shop, or implementing changes in them.


11. Customer is covering costs postages . The price list of Poczta Polska Mail Delivery Sercice is on the side of Shop. The parcel can also be sent via Courier Company  of Customer discretionary..


12. Amount due for  the ordered product. one should pay  only after accepting and confirming the order by the Shop.



III   Return Policy and Complaints


  1. 1.     Returning goods:


  • In accordance with the act from 2 March 2000  "About the protection of some consumer rights and about the responsibility for the damage caused by the dangerous product" (Journal of Laws No. 22, pos. of 271 of 2000 yr). the customer can dispense with goods bought in our Shop, without stating the cause, within 10 days of the date of collecting the parcel.

For keeping this date  it will be sufficient to send declaring before that time expires.   The product can be returned only if it wasn't used, has the original packaging,  complete equipment and  statement on the withdrawal from the agreement and  sales document. The return should take place immediately, not later than in the time of 14 calendar days. The return will be approved when the product is proven not used, neither was damaged in any way.

  • The customer being a consumer isn't entitled right to the withdrawal from the concract in cases which the act is defining  on the protection of some consumer rights  and the responsibility for the damage caused by the dangerous product.
  • In particular a right  the withdrawal from the contract  isn't  to entitled  for consumer among others in cases concerning recordings audio  and visual and written on computer data carriers, after removing by the consumer their original packaging.
  •  After the withdrawal from the contract  the customer will receive benefit in time to 14 calendar days. The benefit will be paid into the shown banking account or sent with postal order.
  •  The shop is guaranteeing the return of the paid amount, if above conditions are preserved. Delivery charges and  sending back goods isn't returnable


  1. 1.     Complaints 
  • Customer complaints concerning mechanical damages of the product or parcels damaged i delivery must be filed by the Customer 14 calendar days in time from the  delivery  date of the product; not-keeping the higher indicated date doesn't cause loss, or restricting statutory laws of the Consumer. 
  • The Customer can  file complaints   in writing to address of  the Shop "HALNA" or through the form put on the side of Shop in case of the variance of the product with the agreement. It is possible to obtain all the information over the phone +48 608 387 985. HALNA will take a stance on the customer complaint of the Customer in time 14 calendar days for the day  filing a complaint by him.  In case of the need the advertised product to send back as part of the filed customer complaint, the Customer is obliged  to make it immediately,
  • Benefits fulfilled by the Customer being a Consumer will be returned to • immediately, not later than in the time of 14 calendar days


 3. "HALNA" isn't accepting packets sent Cash  on delivery.


4 .In case of containing the contract of sale through HALINA ŻWIRSKA "HALNA” Folk and Artistic Handcraft with the Customer isn’t  being  the Consumer, the   responsibility is excluded. on account of the statutory warranty for defects .


5. Polish. law is applying  to contracts of sale of contained products through HALINA ŻWIRSKA "HALNA" Folk and Artistic Handcraft in the Shop "HALNA” .


IV  The  Protection of Personal Data

A Company HALINA ŻWIRSKA "HALNA” Folk and Artistic Handcraft is an administrator of personal data. They are being used exclusively in order to enable the completion of orders. 


V  The  Products

1. All information about  products - descriptions, technical parameters and functional, as well prices - placed on the side  constitute the invitation to the conclusion of a contract  according to conditions of Regulations (Art. 71 of Civil Code) .

2. Placing an order in the Shop ”HALNA”  is ant the same the approval of the Regulations of the shop.   

VI  The  Final Provisions

1. Regulations are in force from  20 July 2013.


  1. "HALNA"  can amend Regulations at any time. The change will be effective after 7 days from for  its  publishing on the website of the shop. 

Customer at placing an order in the Shop will be notified about such changes. The refusal of the acceptance of changes  means the resignation from  the shopping in the "HALNA" shop.
